FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES* SHIPPING All purchases will be
dispatched same day / Next day (within 24 hours), excluding weekends and bank
holidays, on a fully insured, tracked service through DHL, upon receipt of
cleared payment(s). DHL
will require
a signature upon delivery without exception and we can not provide
additional special information for the delivery driver. However, should
you foresee any
problem with your delivery please notify us immediately. Delivery will
take place between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday so please specify
an address where there will be someone to sign for your purchase within this
time frame. We are happy to delivery to a work address or any other address
that you specify but this address must be supplied when purchasing / checking
out. We do not provide a Saturday delivery service unless requested to do so.
All Saturday deliveries will incur a charge of £10 (excluding VAT) and must be
confirmed no later than 10pm on the proceeding Thursday. We also ask that you supply
a telephone number in case of any problems with your delivery. In the event that
DHL are unable to gain a signature upon delivery, your purchase will be taken
to your local DHL depot and a delivery calling card will be left, with details
on how to contact DHL to rearrange delivery or collection. Should you not
contact DHL within a set time frame your purchase will be retuned to us. Should your
purchase be returned to us for any reason you will incur a redelivery fee of
£15 (excluding VAT) for your item to be sent out again. No returned items will
be dispatched again until this fee has been paid in full. In the event
that you supply an incorrect address in part or in full, and successful
delivery is made (to the incorrect address) we will be unable to do anything
further and you will not qualify for a refund. Therefore, we urge you to double
check your address details before submitting them. Most orders will
be received within 24 hours of payment and dispatch (excluding bank holidays
and weekends). Should for any reason your purchase not arrive within 4 working
days at the very most please contact us immediately so that we can solve any
problem that may have arisen. It is your responsibility to contact us and in
the event that prior contact is not made and your item is returned you will be
charges a redelivery fee as set out above. All order made
from out side of the Tracking numbers
and details are available upon request. We reserve the
right to cancel any order without prior permission or contact. Should your
purchase be lost or damaged in transit you will be offered a refund or
exchange. Please note that
by signing for a delivery with DHL you are signing to say that you have
received your order in perfect condition. All items should be fully checked
BEFORE signing and we can not be held responsible once you have signed for a
delivery. RETURNS If for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept your item back under
the following conditions. Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging and include all the original parts You have contacted us in writing prior and we have agreed to accept you item back. You will be issued a return code upon doing so. Should you not
adhere to this criteria your return will not be accepted and you will be liable
for all resulting cost of returning the item to you. All returns are
subject to a restocking fee of £15 (excluding VAT). In the event that your
item is damaged in transit or faulty in any way you will be given an exchange
or refund completely free of charge |
